The photographs displayed on the following pages are dedicated to the many indigenous people of the Lake Turkana region who have accompanied or assisted the author on his previous walks across their territory. Without them his endeavours would not have been possible.

All of the photographs were taken while in transit (i.e. during the course of a walk) and represent merely a work in progress. Hopefully they will give the reader some impression of what it is to behold the incredible beauty of this remote land and its people.
